Refund & Cancellation
Every piece is made by hand in small numbers, so please read this before ordering.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing an order, as long as it hasn’t already been dispatched. Email hello@yazhistudio.in with your order number.
Damaged or wrong items
If your piece arrives damaged in transit, or it’s not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund.
Hand-made variation
Small differences in colour, texture, finish and weight are inherent to hand-cast objects and aren’t considered defects, so they aren’t grounds for a return on their own.
What can't be returned
- Made-to-order or customised pieces, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- Items reported after the window above.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay, normally within 5–7 business days of approval. Bank/UPI processing times may add a little more.
